In Other News was a 6 week songwriting course delivered in partnership with Young Women's Music Project, Oxford. The course featured collaboration, experimentation and rich mix of creative approaches to composing melodies and writing lyrics using sourced materials like articles and news stories.
By the end of the course the participants performed their new work in a performance for International Women’s Day March 2022.
YWMP is feminism in action. We aim to build a sisterhood of young people by providing an inclusive, non-judgemental, safe space for musical and creative expression.
